Developed a novel multiplex IHC staining protocol which allows for phenotyping and analysis of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes.
Co-culture
Tumor heterogeneity modeling

Co-cultured two related cell lines that were originally derived from the same patient; one with a BRCA2 mutation and the other after a reverse mutation restored BRCA2 function. RNA sequencing was used to investigate the local influences of tumor heterogeneity.
